Elephant Corridor with Matt Di Sciascio

With a dedicated and friendly staff committed to exceptional service, Elephant Corridor is a Glen Waverley restaurant serving authentic North Indian and Sri Lankan Cuisine.  The restaurant’s passionate chefs have crafted a seasonal menu that bursts with vibrant flavours, created with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Our special Guest Speaker will be winemaker Matthew Di Sciascio. His distinguished winemaking career is a direct extension of his cultural upbringing and Italian heritage. Matthew is also an experienced judge at leading wine shows.

The Feast

Lunch will be a three-course Northern Indian Feast comprised of:

  • Entrées: Served with Tamarind & Mint Chutney
  • Mains: All medium spice dishes served with Kashmir rice
  • Dessert: Dumplings in sugar syrup and Indian ice cream with pistachio
    Ceylon tea

  • Elephant Corridor is just a four-minute (240 metres) from Glen Waverley Train Station and Bus Interchange. If you’d prefer to drive, there is plenty of free parking close to the restaurant.
