Cellar Master Duties
- Store Wine Guild Victoria cellar wines in a suitable location.
- Keep a true record of wines including description, wines entering or leaving the cellar, cost (estimated if a donation), estimated value and total cellar stock value.
- Provide a Cellar Master’s report at each Committee meeting and the Annual General Meeting.
- Invoice the Treasurer for wines removed from the cellar for functions.
Notes
All wines purchased by the Cellar Master for the cellar must be approved by the Treasurer and a tax invoice provided for the purchase.
Wines removed from the cellar for use at functions are to be recorded and invoiced. Unused wines must be returned to the cellar.
The number of wines stored in the Wine Guild Victoria cellar should not exceed four dozen at any time.
